Terms of Sale

The following terms and restrictions govern the sales by SuppliesUSA.com on all orders. By accepting delivery of the items described on the screen invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

Terms of payment are within SuppliesUSA.com's sole discretion. Unless otherwise agreed by SuppliesUSA.com, payment must be received prior to SuppliesUSA.com's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card or wire transfer unless credit terms have been agreed to by SuppliesUSA.com.

If credit terms have been agreed to by SuppliesUSA.com, payment must be received within the terms agreed upon and specified on the invoice. Customer agrees to pay interest on past-due sums, at a rate up to the highest rate allowed by law.

Unless customer provides SuppliesUSA.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to SuppliesUSA.com's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales taxes and all other taxes associated with the order. SuppliesUSA.com collect taxes of six percent (6%) in the State of New Jersey.

Separate charges for shipping and handling (when applicable) will be shown on the order.

Orders are not binding on SuppliesUSA.com until accepted by SuppliesUSA.com. SuppliesUSA.com can invoice any part of an order separately.

Except when expressly authorized, SuppliesUSA.com will only accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Items to return must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the return is approved, SuppliesUSA.com will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. The products must be returned freight prepaid using a common carrier that will provide a tracking number for the package(s). The RA number must be reported on the shipping label, not on the box itself. Special authorizations and returns for purchases older than 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit is issued on shipping and handling charges.

The sales are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will lie in Hudson County, New Jersey.

SuppliesUSA.com, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SuppliesUSA.com's responsibility for warranty claim is limited to repair and/or f_replacement as set forth in the product manufacturer's warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice. All warranties and technical support applicable are provided by the original manufacturer, not by SuppliesUSA.com. The warranties and technical support may vary from product to product.

SuppliesUSA.com, Inc. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for product not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data. SuppliesUSA.com will not be liable for lost of business, lost profits, or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by and third party except as expressly provided herein.
