Search Tips :
|
- The Search matches all the words and characters that you type. If you are not sure about a word or its spelling, type only a part of it.
If you don't find your item when using multiple words, consider removing one of the words and trying again.
- You can search for your reference by Item, by Device, or by Product Type by clicking the appropriate check box. You may also use any combination of options.
- The Search by Item is the default mode. It will look for your keywords in the part numbers and the items descriptions.
- The Search by Device mode will look for your keywords in the model numbers of the Printers, Copiers, Faxes, Multifunctions, and Projectors listed with supplies on the site.
- The Search by Product Type will look for your keywords in the items groups, toners, inkjet cartridges, papers, lamps...
- Do not use the plus (+) sign between your keywords when you enter multiple words. It is already assumed. Quotes ("") are not considered.
- The search is not case sensitive, so capitalization will not matter.
- You can limit the scope of the search by selecting a brand in the drop down menu.
