Return Policy
Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 21 days of the purchase date
for an exchange or a refund.
Items to return must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If the shipment that you received was damaged in transit, please do not open the package, and notify SuppliesUSA at once.
We will promptly send back the shipper for inspection and processing of your return.
If you received incorrect items, please include as much detail as possible about the wrong items that you received
(item number, product name, quantity) in your Return Authorization Request.
To request a return, please fill the Return Authorization Request form.
Return Authorization requests are generally processed within 2-3 business days.
When the return is approved, SuppliesUSA.com will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
You will be notified via email once the RA Number is issued. The email will include all your return information including your RA Number and the return address for your shipment.
The products must be returned freight prepaid using a common carrier that will provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as SuppliesUSA is not responsible for returned merchandise until received and signed at our warehouse.
The RA number must be reported on the shipping label, not on the box itself. Customers are responsible for any applicable
return charges unless the return is for a replaced defective or incorrect item.
No credit is issued on shipping and handling charges, except on replaced defective or incorrect supplies.
Special authorizations and returns for purchases older than 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% or greater.
