Return Authorizations may be requested within 21 days of the order date. Item(s) to return must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of your request. When the return is approved, SuppliesUSA.com will email you with your Return Authorization number and the return address for your items.

Except when defective, the products must be returned freight prepaid, with shipment tracking option. The RA number should be reported on the shipping label, not on the box itself. SuppliesUSA.com will issue a credit after receipt and verification of the items.
