Toner cartridges are the consumable components of laser printers that contain the toner powder, a fine and dry mixture of plastic particles, carbon, and black or other color agents. The toner powder is transferred to paper via an electrostatically charged drum unit, and fused onto the paper by heated rollers to create the actual text and images on the paper.
