Shipping :
Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days of payment clearance. All freight charges must be prepaid.

Customs :
Customers are responsible for determining and paying all Customs fees associated with the delivery of their orders.

Warranty & Return Policies:

Freight in both directions is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need to return a product, please fax a return authorization request (RA) to SuppliesUSA.com RMA department at (201) 222-9782 prior to shipping the item(s). The fax should include your company name, the quantity and description of the products, SuppliesUSA.com invoice number, and a description of the problem.

The RA number should be reported on the label, not on the box itself.
